ebayサイドがバイヤーに勝手に返金をする前から私はバイヤーにメッセージを送っていますが、返信が一切ありません。　私はebay上のルールを理解していませんでした。　日本セラーはラベル発行は出来ない為、送料の支払い方法がわかりませんでした。ebayサイドでバイヤーに返品をするように促して下さい。ebay上のルールで何も出来ませんではあまりにも酷すぎますよ。私はバイヤーから商品を送ってもらい、メーカーに検品をしてもらいます。そして、この商品が全く不具合がないことを証明いたします。

I has sent messages to the buyer before ebay refunded the buyer, but i have not received any messages. I did not understand the rules on ebay. I had no idea of the way to pay the delivery cost since Japanese sellers cannot issue lable. Please persuade the buyer from the ebay side. It is so terrible that nothing cannot be done because of the rules on ebay. I have the buyer send the item to me, and have the manufacturer check it. I will prove that there is no failure with this item.
