ebayサイドがバイヤーに勝手に返金をする前から私はバイヤーにメッセージを送っていますが、返信が一切ありません。　私はebay上のルールを理解していませんでした。　日本セラーはラベル発行は出来ない為、送料の支払い方法がわかりませんでした。ebayサイドでバイヤーに返品をするように促して下さい。ebay上のルールで何も出来ませんではあまりにも酷すぎますよ。私はバイヤーから商品を送ってもらい、メーカーに検品をしてもらいます。そして、この商品が全く不具合がないことを証明いたします。

I have been sending messages to the buyer even before eBay side has refunded to the buyer without permission, but I have received no response at all. I was not fully aware of eBay rule. Since Japanese sellers are not able to issue labels, I did not know the payment method of the shipping fee. At the end of eBay, please urge the buyer to return the product. It is so unfair that there is nothing we can do due to eBay rules. I will have the buyer return the item and have it inspected at the manufacturer. Then I will prove that the item has no defects at all.
