2. What did I make mistake on this?
3. Was there any deficiency in the accounting firm before I asked your company to do so?
4. Since the penalty was before April 2019, am I correct in assuming that there are no deficiencies by your company?
5. Should the fine be transferred to the account where HMRC VAT is paid? Do you need a reference?
