アマゾンではお届け済み、と表示されているようですが
配送した業者のサイトで追跡番号と配送先を確認されましたか？
アマゾンメキシコの倉庫からの出庫で、全く別人の住所に送られてしまったことがあります。
アマゾン上では、お届済みで正しい住所に送られていることになっていましたが、
配送業者のサイトで調べると別の住所に届けられていました
一度確認してみて頂けますでしょうか。

There are many volumes that haven't come this time.
It appears like they have been delivered according to Amazon.
Have you confirmed the delivery address via the tracking number with the shipping company?
I have have shipments that departed Amazon Mexico's warehouse sent to a completely different person.
With Amazon, it was supposed to be shipped to the correct address, but it was sent to a different address when I consulted with the shipping company's website.
