届いていない書籍は下記の通りです

届いていない書籍が今回は多いです
アマゾンではお届け済み、と表示されているようですが
配送した業者のサイトで追跡番号と配送先を確認されましたか？
アマゾンメキシコの倉庫からの出庫で、全く別人の住所に送られてしまったことがあります。
アマゾン上では、お届済みで正しい住所に送られていることになっていましたが、
配送業者のサイトで調べると別の住所に届けられていました
一度確認してみて頂けますでしょうか。

The one I haven't received is the book below.

There are many books we haven't received this time.
There is a display that they have already shipped on Amazon site, however
Have you checked the tracking number and shipping address on the site of the subcontractor you used?
There was a time when an product which was sent from Amazon Mexico was sent to the utterly wrong address.
Although the status on Amazon site says it's been shipped, the product was sent to the different address.
Could you please confirm again?
