私は昨日,一昨日と所用で不在だった為返事が遅れすみません。
さてご質問について、Aは、Bを指しますか？それともCですか？
Bについて、見積時点では正確な情報を得ることが出来ず（企画が終わる時点でも、
総務部では混乱していました）　Dと同じく簡易プロセスを取ってました。
しかしそれは内容に若干誤りがある可能性があり今我々はそれを精査中です。
来週早々には結果が分かる見通しです。それまでお待ち頂くのは可能ですか？
一方Eの情報はFからまだ提供されませんか？もう少し時間がかかりそうでしょうか？

With regards to your question, does A refer to B? Or does it refer to C?
For B, it was not possible to obtain accurate information at the time of quotation (even at the end of the project, the general affairs department was in disarray). We took a similar simplified process as D.
