銀行がJVの構成会社それぞれからBondの請求をされるリスクがあるとして、
incorporated JVにボンドの発行が難しいと言われました。

そこでご相談ですが、Bondの発行先をA社 on behalf of B社として提出させていただけないでしょうか。
他社でのプロジェクトでこういった形態で提出させていただいた実績があります。

どうしてもB社を発行先にしなければならない場合は再度銀行に相談してみますが、
なんとかご対応をお願いしたく存じます。

I was told by the bank it would be difficult to issue Bond to incorporated JV since they have the risk to be claimed Bond each companies consist of JV.

So, I would like to ask you that we could submit A company as the company to issue Bond, on behalf of B company.
We have submitted this form in the other company's project.

If we should set B company to issue, we will ask to the bank again. However, we appreciate if you could agree with our idea and correspond with this.
