注文したスマートフォンが届いたのですが、開封されているどころか既に初期セットアップも済んでおり指紋もたくさん付着していました。
発送時に送られてきた荷物の伝票番号も偽物でした(1週間後に送られてきた番号は本物)し、新品と思って購入したのにこの状態の商品が送られきたのはとても悲しいです。
一部返金してください。

なお、発送が遅いので別のショップから5/10にもう1台注文したのですが、5/18日には届きました。
未開封ですしセットアップもされていませんでした。

The smartphone I ordered arrived, but instead of being opened, it was already set up initially and had a lot of fingerprints on it.
I'm very sad that they sent me an item in this condition when I thought it was new and bought it and also tracking number I received was fake, too (the number I received a week later was genuine).
Please refund some part of it.

I ordered another one from different shop on May 10th because of the slow shipping and it arrived on May 18th.
It was unopened and hadn't been set up.
