注文したスマートフォンが届いたのですが、開封されているどころか既に初期セットアップも済んでおり指紋もたくさん付着していました。
発送時に送られてきた荷物の伝票番号も偽物でした(1週間後に送られてきた番号は本物)し、新品と思って購入したのにこの状態の商品が送られきたのはとても悲しいです。
一部返金してください。

なお、発送が遅いので別のショップから5/10にもう1台注文したのですが、5/18日には届きました。
未開封ですしセットアップもされていませんでした。

Further, shipping off is slow, so another was ordered from 10th May from a different shop, it has reached on 18th May
