CGC re-holder 手数料$２５で承知しました。国際郵便の国際便はcovid-19影響で新規受付を停止しております。発送しても最大４ヶ月かかってしまいます。ヤマト運輸（UPS)国際便であれば１週間で発送出来るかもしれません。re-holderをBeaverton,ORまで返送する場合は無料で戻してくれますね？仮にCGCから日本まで返送する場合は約$30ドルかかるでしょうか？手数料と返送料をまとめてPayPalをとおして先払いをしたいと思います。

I understood CGC re-holder with the fee of $25. International mail is suspending a new mail due to the impact of covid-19. It will take a maximum of four months once shipped. Using Yamato (UPS) international mail may arrive in a week. It will be free of charge if I return a re-holder to Beaverton, OR, right? Would it cost $30 if CGC returns back to Japan? I'd like to pay both the fee and the return fee in advance all together using PayPal.
