当初ご連絡いただいていた、ご注文数量より少ないようですが、これから追加でご注文があるのでしょうか？
それとも発注数量自体が少なくなってしまったのでしょうか？

A社とコンタクトを取りましたが、下記のような回答が返ってきました。
A社は〇〇を含む全ての機器をB社に見積り済み。
A社はB社から製品の承認を受けており、すでにB社から受注済み。
なので、弊社に機器の見積り依頼をすることはできない。

B社から承認を受けているベンダーは弊社とC社のみのはずなので、
再度A社に状況の確認をお願い致します。

It seems like the order quantity seems fewer than initially notified. I was wondering will there be an additional order placement, or the total order quantity itsell will be reduced?

As I got in touch with A, received was the following response.
A has already sent an estimate of the entire devices including OO to B.
Since A has already obtained the product approval from B, an order placement has been placed by B.
Therefore requesting an estimate of the devices to us is not available.

Those vendors approved by B should be C and us only, so please doublecheck with A of the status.
