当初ご連絡いただいていた、ご注文数量より少ないようですが、これから追加でご注文があるのでしょうか？
それとも発注数量自体が少なくなってしまったのでしょうか？

A社とコンタクトを取りましたが、下記のような回答が返ってきました。
A社は〇〇を含む全ての機器をB社に見積り済み。
A社はB社から製品の承認を受けており、すでにB社から受注済み。
なので、弊社に機器の見積り依頼をすることはできない。

B社から承認を受けているベンダーは弊社とC社のみのはずなので、
再度A社に状況の確認をお願い致します。

I contacted company A and I received the following response.
Company A has already gone through the estimate with company B of all equipment including 〇〇.
Company A has already gotten confirmation from company B and that company B has already completed ordering.
Because of this you won't be able to request us to do the estimate.

The only companies that got the confirmation from company B should be us and company C.
So please contact company A again to check on the situation.
