当初ご連絡いただいていた、ご注文数量より少ないようですが、これから追加でご注文があるのでしょうか？
それとも発注数量自体が少なくなってしまったのでしょうか？

A社とコンタクトを取りましたが、下記のような回答が返ってきました。
A社は〇〇を含む全ての機器をB社に見積り済み。
A社はB社から製品の承認を受けており、すでにB社から受注済み。
なので、弊社に機器の見積り依頼をすることはできない。

B社から承認を受けているベンダーは弊社とC社のみのはずなので、
再度A社に状況の確認をお願い致します。

Although we contacted with A firm, we had the following response.
A firm has already estimated all devices including 〇〇 to A firm.
A firm has approved the items from B firm and it has already been ordered.
Therefore, we cannot have the device estimate.

As it is to be our firm and C firm to have had approved from B firm to vend, please check again about the situation to A firm.
