H君に確認したところAction Replayのような機器は一回も使っていません。またゲームソフトに改造やプログラムの修正もしていないです。（H君は10歳の小学生で、そのようなスキルは持っていません。）

I checked with H-kun and he hasn't used anything like an Action Replay. As of now the game hasn't been updated or reprogrammed or anything. (H-kun is a 10 year old elementary school student and doesn't have the skills to do that.)
I know it is an inconvenience, but it is possible to return the game to it's initial state and play it again? In that case I'd like to ask you to double check if the character will still be stuck on the tree.
Please either refund me $○ or send me one of the games from the list below free of charge. I look forward to hearing from you which of those options is best.
