注文した商品を1個口にまとめられないと、送料がかさみ商品価格や販売上、多大なる悪影響を及ぼします。
DHLの調査を願います。調査して欲しい項目は下記の通り。
1.扱えるダンボールサイズ・重量などの最大値（上限）
2.最大値で発送した場合日本までの送料。できれば各サイズの料金表。（送料以外の費用明記）
3.日本までの輸送日数
4.その他調査により入手した特記事項
DHLがヤマト運輸より安価な場合は、今後サイズを問わず全ての発送をDHLに一任するつもりです。
We do not want to increase the number of boxes.
If you cannot combine the items into one box, it will add shipping fee, and ends up with having Pla negative effects on products value and sales.
Please check into DHL. I want you to check the followings.
1. Maximum size and weight of cardboard.
2. Shipping fee of maximum value to Japan. If it's possible, price list of each size. (Specify costs other than shipping)
3. Transport days to Japan
4. Other information that was obtained by inquiry.
If DHL is cheaper than Yamato, we are intend to entrust DHL all shipping regardless of sizes from now on.
