速達での注文をいただいていたのですが、当社側の手違いで速達ではない方法でお送りしてしまいました。ePacketという通常郵便より早く着く方法で送っているため、それほど到着は遅くならないとは思います。もしお急ぎで少しでも遅くとどくと問題がある場合は、大変申し訳ありませんがキャンセルを入れていただいて結構です。また、思ったより遅く届いて、ご不満があった場合は、一部商品代金の返金等の対応を取らせていただきますのでご連絡ください。このたびはご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ありませんでした。

We received an order to ship it on express mail but due to our mistake, we shipped it on a regular mail. We used ePacket which delivers things faster than regular mail and we expect the delivery won't be much delayed. If this is an urgent matter to you and would cause problem, please cancel the order. Also, we would give a partial refund or take other measures if the packages arrive later than your expectation and will not satisfy you. If that's the case please let us know. Apologies for any troubles caused by this.

I regret to advise you that we made an error by sending your order by a different method of delivery from your original order with a request of express delivery. We dispatched your order by "ePacket", which is faster than normal postal service.
