先日購入した「Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker(Black)」に関して、商品説明と異なるものが届いたため至急交換をお願いします。
商品説明ページでは、新品、未開封、無傷とありましたが、実際には３つ全て開封済みでテープで止めなおしてありました。
さらにその内の1点は、商品自体の表面が半分程剥けてしまい、メーカー名が書いてある部分は読み取ることもできません。
交換が無理なら返金をお願いします。

I bought Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker (Black) the other day and received it. However the item was different from the one described in the product description. Could you replace the item?
The product description says "new, not opened, no damage". However all three packages had been opened and taped to amend.
Also almost half of the entire surface of product was peeled off and the name of maker was illegible.
If you can not replace the item, I want to have a refund.
