100Vを230Vに変換する変圧器と日本のコンセントからフランスのコンセントに変換するアダプターが必要になります。
PALに関してですが、ソニーに問い合わせたところ、再生機側で1080x60iに設定出来れば再生できるとのことです。ただ保障はできませんので自己責任でお願い致します。

You will need a transformer to change the voltage from 100V to 230V and also an adapter to bridge Japanese plug and French plug.
Regarding PAL, according to SONY, if the player can set it at 1080x60i it should be able to play. However, I can not guarantee the performance so please do it on your own responsibility.
