For collective works the artists must nominate one representative who will be the
refernt during every stage of the competition. Participation may also be arranged by Ministries, Cultural Organisations, Associations etc.
The participation is free and the Jury, during the works of selection for the final step of the Competition, is allowed to valutate the curricula of the participants.

団体作品のためアーティストはコンペの各ステージで窓口となる代表者を指名してください。省庁、文化財団、協会なども参画する予定です。
参加費は無料で、コンペの最終ステップに進む作品を選出する審査員は参加者の経歴を評価することが認められています。
