送ってもらった３つの荷物の内、2つは問題なかったようです。
しかし問題があったのはトラッキングナンバーが***の荷物です。

16個入っている内の11個がひどく破損しています。
それ以外の5個は何とか商品になりそうです。
今回の件は大変残念ですが
11個分は返金して欲しいと思っています。

11 pieces out of 16 pieces are hugely damaged.
Remaining 5 pieces will suffice as sales items.
Sorry it has happened, but I'd like you to make refund for 11 pieces.
