I received the item. However, there is one problem, a part of flower on the hat which the doll is wearing is missing. I feel very bad about that despite of the fact that the condition was stated as excellent.

I couldn't find the broken piece in the box. That means it was not broken during transportation.

I have received the product. However, there is one problem: a flower on the hat the doll wear is chipped. It's unfortunate as I read in your description that the doll was in excellent condition.

I don't think it was chipped during shipment as I didn't find a piece of the flower inside the box.
