Funny you might ask if there is anything you might help me with, as I was just letting someone know their listing was incomplete. I see metal usubata type ikebana vases listed several times a month without the flat, rimmed, detachable, plate-like upper-section. They rather look like any old vases without the detachable, section; in most cases I'm sure the sellers have no idea that it was meant to be an ikebana vase. The bit that allows for the making of an arraignment, the "flower frog"(they look like a circle filled with pins) and water used in making the arraignments were placed in the missing section.

何か手伝うことはないですかとあなたが聞いてくれるなんて奇遇ですね。なぜなら、他の人にリストが不完全だとちょうど言ったばかりだったのです。金属製の薄端タイプの花器が、とりはずし可能な平たい薄型の皿（上の部分）なしでリストアップされているのをひと月に何度かみかけます。取り外し可能な部分をとりのぞいたその花器は、古い花瓶のようにみえ、売り手はそれが生け花の花器だと知らないのだと私は思います。その失われた部分は、剣山（針がたくさんささった丸いもの）や水入れなど花をいける部分なのです。
