あなたの提案書でサービスの概要を把握することが出来ました。日本人が海外旅行等で利用するのに便利だと考えています。しかし現在私達はカード発行可能な銀行との提携はなく、また提携をするには多くの時間と労力が必要です。そのため既に販売されている商品を再販売するのが最短で販売を始める手段と考えます。取扱う通貨はUSDが希望です。私達が販売可能な商品を取り扱っている企業を紹介して貰うことは可能ですか？

We can understand the big picture of your service with the proposal provided. We believe the service is useful for Japaneses when they travel abroad. However, we currently don't have any tie-ups with banks which allows to issue the cards (credit card?). Also, it will be required a lot of efforts and time to build the tie-up. Considering these, the probable way to sell the service is resell of the currently sold products. We prefer transactions with USD. Could you kindly introduce companies which handle products which we can sell? Also, if you don't mind, could you send the sample cards (USD and GDP) to the following mailing address?

However, we don't have any alliances with banks which can issue cards, and to form alliances such banks, it will take so much time and effort. Therefore, we are supposing that the quickest way to start selling your card service by us is to resale the existing service products on the markets. Regarding the handling currency, we hope USD. Could you introduce us some companies handling your service products which we could handle to resale? We could figure out the outline of the service with your proposal. We think the card is useful for Japanse when traveling overseas. But we have no tie-up with any bank for issueing a card right now, and it will take a lot of time and efforts to be affiliated with any bank. Thus, we think that it is the shortest way to resell a card that has been already on the market for starting business. We have a desire to handle USD as a currency. Could you introduce a company, which handles a product that we can resell, to us? We would greatly appreciate it if you would send the sample card, USDandGDP, to the following address for our reference.
