キャンセルを受付けます。返金もしますが荷物はこちらに戻してもらいたいです。今後、税関の検査が終了し荷物の運搬が再開される可能性があります。こちらからその荷物の配達を止めることができませんので、その際は受け取り拒否をして下さい。そのまま日本に返却されます。荷物の状況を日本の郵便局にも確認したいので返金はしばらくお待ちください。ご理解とご協力よろしくお願いします。

I accept cancellation. I will make refund, but I'd like you to send back the parcel. After inspection at the customs is finished, transportation of parcel may resume. I cannot stop delivery of that parcel, so please reject receipt of the parcel in that case. It will be returned to Japan as it is. I'd like to check the status of the parcel at Japanese post office as well, so please wait a while till I make refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Since we can't stop the delivery from here, please reject to receive the package if it comes to you. It will be then returned to Japan.
