Ａ社のオーダーに関しての輸入業務は、私たちの会社で代行します。支払い・納期に関して弊社にすべて連絡ください。弊社の支店で、Ａ社の担当が輸入代行する業者について後日連絡させて頂きます。また、弊社に可能な色生地見本を送ってください。因みに何色可能ですか。もし、工場から直接出荷のプライスは、いくらになりますか。そして補足で、申し訳ないのですが、弊社の支払い条件は、すべてのメーカーは前払いではなく商品入荷後の支払いを希望しております。宜しくお願いします。

Regarding to the importing business from A company's order, we execute it for them. Therefore, please inform us about payment and appointed date for delivery. Our representative for A company will notify you about the company that is our subsidiary and does import business. Also, please send us available color fabric samples. How many colors are available? In case you ship them to us directly from the factory, how much is the price going to be? And we are sorry for asking additional favor, but in any cases, we would like to make a payment after we receive the product. Thank you very much for understanding our condition.

Regarding to the importing of the company A order, our company will take care. Please contact us about all of the payment and the due date. The company A's contact person at our branch office will let you know the importing agency later. And please send us the available color texture sample. In fact, how many colors do you have? If it is possible to send them from the factory directly, how much will be the price? In addition, unfortunately, our payment condition is that our all makers would like to pay after they receive the products instead of the prepayment. Thank you for your cooperation.
