We are planning to send the payment to you at the end of this week, so you should be able to confirm receiving that fund into your account sometime next week for sure. Regarding order amendment, would you be able to wait till 4th, next Monday?All sales representatives of A company are out of office during this week due to business trip and vacations, so we would appreciate it if you could wait amendment order till next week. The payment will be done in this week and you can receive the notification by the next week without fail.
I hope any changes in the order before next Monday will be OK, for the sales staff in A office will be absent in this week. I will make the next order including modification.
