ライトボックス二個とも外観上は特に問題ありません。ライトが点灯しないのです。
フタを開けて中を確認しましたが、蛍光灯が切れているようです。
蛍光灯は本体に結束バンドで固定されているので、こちらで交換が出来ません。
あなたは出荷時にきちんと点検しましたか？
これでは商品になりませんので、代替品を送るか返金をしてください。

Both of the light boxes look like they are problem-free. However, they don't light up.
I opened the lid and looked inside, and it appears as though the fluorescent light is dead.
The florescent light is fixed in place via a band, so I cannot replace it.
Did you thoroughly check the item before shipping it?
In this state it is not usable, so please either send me a replacement or refund my money.

I checked inside by opening up covers, but fluorescent lamps seem to went out.
I can't replace them because fluorescent lamps are tied up to bodies with binding bands.
Did you surely check them before shipping?
These are definitely defects. Send substitutes or refund.
