世界中より230社以上が出展。体を鍛えるトレーニンググッズから、メタボリック対策などダイエット関連製品、ストレス社会に打ち勝つための抗酸化・抗疲労対策食品、高齢化社会に向けたロコモーティブシンドローム対策アイテムなどすべての製品・技術を手にとって体験することができる。
各分野の専門家によるセミナーに加えて、グループエクササイズなど多数のイベントが企画されており、体験・体感できる展示会となっている。

Over 230 companies from around the world are exhibited. Products and skills such as diet-related products from body-building training tools to metabolic countermeasures, anti-oxidants and ant-fatigue countermeasure foods to overcome a stressful society, and locomotive syndrome countermeasure items targeting the ageing society will all be obtainable for personal use.
