2013年度から一般社団法人に移行するための定款変更について、議案提起したもの。本会での議決結果をもって、内閣府に新法人の申請をし、2013年4月1日から一般社団法人となる予定。
定款変更では、会員種別の追加も議決され、現行の正会員、賛助会員のほかに準会員が新たに加わった。
準会員はイベント産業に関わり、かつ首都圏に事業所をもたない法人・個人を対象としている。
地方のイベント企業からの入会希望に応えるためだ。
準会員は入会金１万円・年会費6万円（1口）となっている。

This is what I suggested about the change in articles of association, for our transition to an ordinary corporation aggregate from 2013. Reflecting the result from the general meeting, I am now planning to submit an application for a new corporate body to the Cabinet Office as our next step to being authorized as an ordinary corporation by April 1st, 2013.
In the change process, it is also included to add "Associate Membership" to the existing "Regular Membership" and "Sponsor membership", as decided before. Here we suppose our "Associate Members", to be the corporations or individuals involved in the event management industry who do not have a business place in Tokyo Metropolitan Area, in order to respond to the local needs for our membership service. For membership, you have to initially pay 10,000 Yen as an admission fee and 60,000 Yen per year.
