尚、お客様のご注文間違いによるご返品は、返品送料と梱包再生費をご請求とさせて頂きます。
こちらの費用は、ご注文時の金額より差し引いて、ご返金というかたちになります。

それとも新品のまま置いておられるでしょうか？

You ordered 2 units of A the other day, but actually your request was 1 unit of B and 1 unit of C.
In case of return items due to wrong order made by our customers, we charge return shipping fee and resotck fee. We deduct these fees from the paid amount and refund the rest.
