You are wrong on that issue. Our shipper informed us it's a verified and confirmed paypal account. We have being using our paypal account for many years now.
We will reverse the payment and we look for another alternative means of payment. We can only ship your order once our shipper has acknowledge receipt of payment.
We can either use western union , money gram , liberty reserve and bank to bank transfer.
