今回送ってくれたサンプルはとても綺麗でしたのでこの品質を保ちたいと考えています。
不良品がでないようにするため、日本へ配送前に検品をしたいと考えています。
配送前に弊社の検品担当者が、工場に伺い、確認をさせて頂いてもよろしいでしょうか。

The samples which you sent to me were fine specimins, so I would like to maintain this quality.
In order that there are no defected items, I would like to inspect the items before they are sent to Japan.
Would it be ok for our staff in charge of product inspection to visit your factory before the items are sent in order to confirm this?
I will wait for the cost estimate.
