Regarding the shippig cost, even the cheapest company charges at least $40 as boots are heavy.
I've attached the receipt, please have a look at the file.
I am not convinced that I have to pay the extra cost.

Regarding the postage costs, even though we used the cheapest company, boots are heavy so we went over the $40 dollars which you indicated.
