来場者が出展者にアポイントを申し込むことができます。また出展者側からも来場予定者のニーズや案件などを見て面会をオファーできます。会期前に双方ともに効率的な行動計画を立てられます。
セミナーの取材の際には、希望するセミナーの受付にて登録してください。満席の場合、立ち見または入場できないことがあります。撮影は講演開始後５分以内でお願いします。
The exhibitors are preparing acclaimed drinks and food that represent the region to share with those attending. They are promoting the information exchange and business discussion with a casual atmosphere that is different from usual.
Those attending can request an appointment with the exhibitors. As well, the exhibitors can offer a meeting to look at the needs and requirements of those who plan to attend. Before the session, efficient plans of action can be mutually made.
For those who are collecting information on the seminar, please sign up for the seminar you want at the reception. If there are no more seats, it may be that you will have to stand or be refused entrance.
