年金のREMINDERについての回答を送付します。ご存知かと思いますが、A社に関しては、Reminderは必要ありません。Abandonしない限り、Annuityは自動的に支払うよう、A社より指示されているかと思いますので、ご確認ください。また、対象案件がgrantされLetters Patentが発行されますと、それ以降は弊社ではなくA社に直接お知らせ及びDebit Noteを送付する事になっておりますので、この点も再度ご確認ください。
I am sending you regarding the annuity reminder. I believe you are aware of it but you don't need to send a reminder to A. A has requested to pay annuity automatically unless it is abandoned, so please confirm it. Also, when subject item gets granted and Letters Patent is issued, you no longer supposed to send us notifications and debit note but send them to A directly, so please confirm that as well.
