Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear that you received the incorrect size. It is never our intention to send out the wrong size. It sounds as if it may have been mislabeled. You are welcome to send the items back to us using our DHL method and we will waive that fee once the item is back in our warehouse as well as refund you back to your credit card. Unfortunately, we no longer process traditional exchanges and just ask that you repurchase the item. If you send us your order number, we would be happy to have the warehouse check the item before it ships out to ensure it is the correct size. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.
