クレジットカードのショッピング枠を確認しましたがやはり$9568を支払える枠がある状態です。
通常のレートよりも高いレートで計算１ドル８０円で計算しても枠はある状態です。
なぜ決済できないのかわかりません。
銀行振込の対応が難しいのでpaypalであれば確実にお振込できます。
今回はどうかpaypalで対応頂けないでしょうか？

I looked at the limit for my credit card and confirmed that I still can use 9568 dollars.
I calculated at a higher rate than the actual rate but that still should be enough to pay.
Therefore I do not know why I cannot pay with my credit card.
The procedures to use a bank transfer is complicated, so I would rather use paypal which I am more used to.
Would you kindly accept the payment with paypal?
