現在、そちらに保管中の商品●についてですが管理画面を見るとマスクが２つしかなく転送ができない状態です。
私はこの商品をパーソナルショッパーを利用して購入をしています。
もし注文通りに商品が到着していないようであれば、パーソナルショッパーでの注文方法に間違いがあるのではないでしょうか？
もしくは販売店が誤っているかになります。実際に購入をしたのはそちらの担当者の名前になっていると思います。販売店に問い合わせても私の名前ではわからないと思いう。
この場合、どのようにすればいいでしょうか？

but if the item does not arrive as the planned delivery date, there may be any problem in the ordering on Personal Shopper.
Otherwise, the distributor may have made an error. I suppose the name of the person who bought it is the person in charge at your side. So if I ask a question to the distributor in my name, the distributor will not be able to identify the case.
