Because we are controlling to transport as an air mail, please prepare framing invoice for customs entry.

The cargo (attached file) that was ought to be loaded on the ship was forgotten and lying in the warehouse.
Since we are trying to adjust its shipment through air mail, kindly request you to make an invoice for custom clearance purpose.
And, items getting delivered through ship currently are as per the attached file. As the quantity of the goods has reduced, please make amendments in the invoice.
