本日「」よりホテルの予約をした者です。
10/5～10/7の2泊で「」のシングルルーム1名の予約をした所、
VISAデビットカードの支払い情報入力後、「只今満室になりました。今すぐ別のホテルを
探してください」といった内容の画面が現れ、申込が完了しませんでした。
しかしその数分後ネットバンクからメールがありVISAデビットの引き落としが完了した
と連絡がありました。
予約は完了していない、引き落としはされている状況です。
至急ご返金ください。

I made a reservation of a hotel though " " today.
It was a reservation for a 1 person single room for 2 nights staying from October 5 to 7, and after I entered my payment data on my VISA debit card, it said something like "There is no vacancy now, please find another hotel right away" on the screen, and I didn't get to complete the reservation .
And after a few minutes, I received an email from my net bank which told me that the debit transaction was authorized.
Now it looks like I didn't get to reserve a hotel room, but I had payed for that room.
Please give me a refund as soon as possible.
