本日「」よりホテルの予約をした者です。
10/5～10/7の2泊で「」のシングルルーム1名の予約をした所、
VISAデビットカードの支払い情報入力後、「只今満室になりました。今すぐ別のホテルを
探してください」といった内容の画面が現れ、申込が完了しませんでした。
しかしその数分後ネットバンクからメールがありVISAデビットの引き落としが完了した
と連絡がありました。
予約は完了していない、引き落としはされている状況です。
至急ご返金ください。

From October 5 ~ 7 for 2 nights where I made a reservation, after putting in the payment information for Visa debit card, "There are no vacancies, please look for another hotel" appeared on the screen, the transaction was not completed.
After a few minutes, I got a mail from the Net bank saying that the withdrawal of money from my Visa debit card was completed.
I was charged even though I wasn't able to complete reservation.
Please refund my money immediately.
