I am sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. All items are insured for the declared values and you would file the claim through COMCOM. I have attached the claim form if you do wish to file a claim for the damaged item.

If you do want to return it to the merchant you would have to pay to ship it to them since the prepaid label only covers the cost of domestic shipping.


To file a claim: we will need to file a damaged claim with DDD. Please complete and sign the attached document and email this information to us at [e-mail] along with the following supporting information:
