For solving the problem this time, do our company need to get EORI? Or do we have to request the custom broker which owns EORI?
We are worried that if Amazon can not be the importer, then even having EORI, we still can not deliver the goods.
For this kind of circumstance, what should we do so we can deliver the goods from Japan to UK?
