i sent you info on how to go about reporting to ups for your claim , the Mcintosh C33 pre-amplifier was in near mint conditions besides some defects stated in the ebay advertisement, none of the defects listed said that there were any major damage to the product and you agreed to buy the product knowing its current condition i am terribly sorry for any damage caused. Please feel free to contact me for help, my advise would be to contact UPS services to quickly start your claim.
