つきましては、オリジナルを請求書中の"TO"欄の住所に郵送してください。
宛名は私の名前で大丈夫です。
また、8/24 日の分に関しても、請求書をお願いします。

So please send the original invoice to the address written in the "TO" column of the invoice by post.
It is ok to write my name as a receiver.
