今日4個注文したうちの 3個うけとりました。あとひとつは発送していますか？1つはケースの中に入っていました。中に入っていた976.52は 何も保護されていないかったのでキズが付いていました。非常に不満です。 返品もしくは割引して下さい。返品の場合送料を含めた請求書を先に送りますので 送料を含めて先に払って下さい。

I received 3pcs out of 4pcs that I ordered today. Have you shipped the remaining? One of them was in a case. 976.52 which was inside has scratches because it was not protected. I am not satisfied with this. Kindly accept the return of the item or offer me a discount. In case of the item return, I will send you the invoice including the shipping cost in advance. Please settle the invoice amount including the shipping cost first.

I received 3 out of 4 items I ordered yesterday. Have you shipped the other 1 yet? One was in a case. There are scratches on 976.52 inside the case since it wasn’t protected at all. I’m so disappointed. Please give me a refund or discount. If you could give me a refund, I will send an invoice including the shipping cost in first, so please refund me before I send it back.
