箱にも価値があるビンテージ商品ですが、非常に雑な紙だけの梱包で送って来たため箱が大きく破損しています。この商品には購入価格の価値は全くなくなりました。私から丁寧に梱包して送るように伝えたにも関わらず雑な梱包で送ってきました。問題は出品者の怠惰な梱包です。私から破損した商品の写真を送って返品及び返金を求めましたが全く応じません。出品者の義務である輸送業者との問題解決も行ってくれません。

It's a vintage goods and the box is also of value. However, the box is greatly damaged, because the seller has send it with just careless paper packing. The goods doesn't have the value of purchase price any more. The problem is the careless packing of the seller. I requested to send the goods back and refund my money sending a picture of the damaged product, but the seller does not accept it. Furthermore, he does not resolve the problem concerning a shipping company in spite of his obligation as a seller.

This item is vintage but is well worth the box, the box has been heavily damaged due to send me packing only very rough paper. This product is no longer totally worth the purchase price. I've been sent packing despite sloppy told to send from me to pack carefully. Packing problem is lazy seller. Not respond has come back at all and was returned for a refund by sending a picture taken by me.of damaged goods from me. But it does not solve the problem with the carrier also is the duty of the seller.
