日本企業とのアポイントは非公式アポイントであっても共有してもらえると嬉しいです。その時のメンバーの名前がわかれば合わせて教えてください。（わかる範囲でよいです。）なぜなら他の役員メンバーが、違う場所でその日本企業と会う可能性があります。しかしながら、米国企業との非公式会議は今のところ共有しなくてよいです。今まで通り、公式アポイントについては全て共有してください。A社は日本でとても有名な会社です。わが社とも取引があるので教えてもらってよかった。

If you know the names of the members present at that time, please let me know the list (It's okay if it's only for the people you know). This is because other members of staff may have the chance of meeting this Japanese firm somewhere else. However, it is okay if you don't share details of informal meetings with American firms at this point of time. As always, please share all details of formal appointments. Firm A is a well-known company in Japan. We have done business with them too before, so it's helpful that you have informed us.
