商品が届けられないとUSPSが判断した時にあなたへ連絡がいっても良いはずですが、
なぜUSPSは連絡しなかったのでしょうか？
住所等を間違いなく記入し、輸送費用を支払っているのであれば、勝手に返送されてしまっては困ります。その責任はUSPSにあるのではないでしょうか？
こちらへ無料、もしくはあなたの送料負担で送れないのであれば、先に支払をした商品代金及び国際送料を全額返金して下さい。

I have had countless items shipped in through USPS before but I have never encountered this before. Why did this happen?
It would have been fine if USPS had contacted when they have established that the item could not be delivered, but did USPS not contact you at all?
After keying in my address and duly paying for the shipping, it would be terribly inconvenient if USPS decides to have it posted back. Don't you agree that it's USPS's fault?
Please refund me the total of the item cost and international shipping that I've paid up for if you are not sending it to me at no cost or bearing the shipping cost yourself.

I wrote the correct address down, paid the delivery fee and then it was just carelessly shipped back, that's what's troubling me. Shouldn't this be a responsibility of USPS?
If it cannot be sent back here free, perhaps with the expenses paid by you, then refund all the money for the product and international postage please.
