AとBに初期不良がありましたので交換をお願いします。
Aは本体の右下のボタン不良でした。Bは心拍が計測できないという症状でした。
Aは販売終了ということで交換していただけるのか気になっていますが可能ならば交換していただきたいです。ダメならば返品ですかね・・・。ちなみにAは実は今回で2例目です。1回目はお客様がすぐに有償修理に出してしまったので私の方で費用負担しています・・・。
Bは問題の切り分けができなかったので本体とCを交換しました。そのため本体とCを返送します。

If not, I will have no choice but to return the item... By the way, this is the second time this happened to the item A. When it happened the first time, my customer sent for a repair immediately after receipt, so I had to bear the repair cost...
As for B, I could not classify the error properly, so I changed its main body with C's. Based on this reason, I am returning a main body and C to you.
